You will first sit in a warm, safe environment with Beth and discuss what your present emotional, energetic, and/or physical blocks are. She will ask gentle questions about what is not going well in your life to help her determine the exact Polarity techniques needed to help you unblock your energy field so you can move forward on your path. During the session, Beth will include techniques from RYSE® and The Melchizedek Method. A sessions lasts 1 1/2 hours with you lying on a massage table, fully clothed.
The fee for a Polarity session is $85.
