Beth always knew she wanted to be involved in the healing/ helping field. After working as a medical technologist at two area hospitals for many years, she realized she wanted more hands-on, personal contact with people. Beth switched gears and went to massage school, graduating from a 1000 hour program at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville. When she returned to Maine, Beth opened her first office at the Kimball Health Center in Saco, where she built a thriving massage practice. Soon realizing that massage was just one way to help people heal their wounds, Beth decided to learn more about how the body's energy field was related to people's well-being. She attended the Polarity Realization Institute and completed the 650 hour Registered Polarity Practitioner (RPP) training, then went on to complete the RYSE® (Realizing Your Sublime Energy) system Level III Practitoner training and became a teacher of the RYSE® Program.In 1993,the Polarity Realization Institute (PRI) of Ipswich MA, brought its massage therapy program to Portland and Beth became its first instuctor. She grew with the Institute, becoming the Massage Curriculum Director and then the Massage Department Head. PRI became Spa Tech and Beth was instrumental in the Institute opening two more branches in Massachusetts. She worked to have the massage program accredited with the State of Maine and helped the Maine Massage law become what is is today.
Since 1989, Beth has had a sucessful private practice offering massage and Polarity sessions and RYSE® classes. Her most requested session is a "combo"—polarity combined with a neck and back massage. Beth recently opened the Saco Healing Arts Center in the historic Atkinson building on Main St in Saco. The Center has 7 practitoners offering massage, polarity, hypnonsis, Reiki, Holistic Counseling and Energy Medicine.
Beth also loves playing with energy in her everyday life. When golfing, Beth clears her own chakra and energy systems before hitting the ball off the first tee, and her game is right on. When looking for a parking space, she'll envision a vacant spot before arriving and there it is! She has a thriving practice thanks to her manifestation abilities. Anyone can learn to manifest their hearts desire, once they learn how to manage their energy systems. Much of this is taught in her RYSE® classes.
